Why does my balm have small natural specks?
Our beeswax is minimally processed to preserve its natural properties. These slight variations are part of its authentic character and do not affect quality or performance.
Do you charge for delivery?
At V Bird Organics, we believe luxury should feel seamless. That’s why all of our prices include shipping within the United States—no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.
Your order is carefully packaged in eco-friendly materials and shipped directly to your door, ensuring a simple, elevated experience from start to finish.
If shipping costs ever rise significantly in the future, we may need to adjust this policy. Should that happen, we promise to remain transparent and fair—always putting your experience first.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. International shipping may be added in the future.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
May I return my product?
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us at hello@vbirdorganics.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
What if my product arrived damaged?
We’re so sorry that happened! Please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
May I return an open product?
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, we can’t accept returns on opened or used items.
Are your ingredients organic?
Yes—our formulations feature organic extra virgin olive oil and honey/beeswax sourced from local California and Baja partners.
Are your products vegan?
Our products are vegetarian (we use beeswax and honey). If we expand into 100% vegan products in the future, they’ll be clearly marked.
Do you test on animals?
Never. All of our products are cruelty-free.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don’t offer traditional gift wrapping, because every V Bird Organics order is designed to arrive as a gift in itself. Your products are carefully packaged in eco-friendly materials or reusable materials that reflect our commitment to simple, yet elevated presentation.
We take inspiration from the Norwegian tradition of presenting gifts unwrapped—believing that true beauty lies in authenticity, not excess. When your order arrives, it should feel like opening a gift.
